Itchy gums when running

Basically the title. Recently my gums have started getting very itchy when I am doing intense cardio. I dont drink or smoke, but do use nicotine pouches. I do the standard 2 minutes of brushing twice a day.

To try to combat this I picked up a Listerine specifically made for gingivitis, and gum picks.
