Thought to stop the rats in the elevator?

To be fair this is an extremely rare thing I have personally seen since I turned crossplay off, but I have seen countless videos of people just killing for shits and giggles while in the elevator to keep people from taking home their loot. Whether they were extraction campers, or lie and say don't shoot, then turn on them and kill them right before the elevator leaves without even being able to loot their body. Would it be too much for a pvp buffer of inside the elevator/train that you can only take damage from ARC? And to be fair, if in them you can't damage anyone out of them either except for ARCs. What are your thoughts on this idea?
