Internal vibrations, and a few other symptoms I've had for a while. Could it be the K?

I've been on and off this shit for about 4 years. With a few 8 month quits and many more quits between 2 days and a month long. In Feb of this year one night i started having insane numbness and tingling in both hands when in bed. They both started the exact same night. It was so bad, I slept sitting up for a few months. The pain and numbness is a bit lighter lately, but I wake up every morning with very tight fingers. I've had many tests done with nothing diagnosed so far. Since May, I started waking up in the morning and would notice a pulsing vibration inside my core. No physical signs of shaking but it would pulse on and off like a cell phone inside me until I got up and moved around. It's become much more consistent the last couple of months. I'm currently a couple days into yet another quit, and started wondering if this shit could be causing these issues...or at least contributing to them.
