Mikey Palmice/Brendan Filone scene S1E3

Several problems here.

1. Why is Uncle Junior standing right outside at the scene of a whacking? That's a no-no.

2. How many minutes was Mikey waiting for Brendan to notice him standing there?

3. 'hijack, bye jack' was a clever pun wasted on a dufus like Filone.
