Lowes Installation Services - Crazy Markup on Permit Fee

If you use Lowes for installation services, pay close attention to the permit fee charges. I recently canceled an exterior door installation and was refunded everything except for a permit fee. The issue is, the Lowes "permit fee" was $425 while the actual fee from the city was $124, or a 342% markup. Never again.
