I met a girl, i dunno if she is just friendly.

Hey, I met a girl, around 20 or 21—I’m not sure yet. I got her contact from a mutual friend and texted her. After two texts, she stopped responding (left me on send) for 7 days, but then she texted me like "heyyyyy" and "goood," with pretty dry answers, just elongated responses, like one or two words. After she posted a story, I responded because it was nice music. We texted for two days straight, but there were delays of about 2-3 hours between her messages (I think it’s because she’s a med student). Her answers were still elongated, and she even sent a photo of her guitar. But then again, she left me on send and it's been 3 days now. (she is active on ig)

I’m trying to stay cool since we’re just strangers who met randomly on campus. We talked for about 3 hours straight, and I noticed some signs like exaggerated expressions when I talked about something interesting, a little bit of eye contact (though I struggle with looking at strangers for too long), and we joked a lot. She even tucked her hair behind her ear while we were talking. She also made a little joke about me socializing (because I’m in CompSci). I dunno if she is testing me or something, it's just exhausting, and i think if she didn't wanted to talk with me she wouldn't answer anything, not even accepting my follow request and then following back.
