Heart block + Af young

34m heart block first noticed in 2022 as mobitz 2 daytime. Iwatch showed afib, echo clean back then. In 2025 October after having some gastritis got first confirmed AF. Since then had 2 more episodes that subsided with beta blocker. Echo was again normal, cardiac mri was clean. No family history. Holter showed worsened block (some higher grade). How common idiopathic heart block and AF. Or odds are this is genetic? Pacemaker Dual chamber will be implanted soon.
