Kunnin Orks, what is the value increase of a painboss with 20 green tide boys?

Ork boyz have a 5 up save to begin with. The green tide detachment grants a 5 up invuln saves for boys above strength 10. Essentially allowing them to ignore AP when it hits by maintaining their 5 up saves. Lastly you have feel no pain 5 up from painboss that should help ignore the odd death.

Painboss can revive a few body guard units once per game per painboss. Plus the come on ladz stratagem that can add 3-5 boyz back into the game for 1 command point.

Wondering how much more abuse a group of 20 boyz with a painboss can expect to handle in a green tide list compared to any other Ork detachment.
