(My amazing flatmate is leveling up and getting married—best of luck to him! That means a prime room is officially up for grabs in our awesome setup!)

The Vibe & Location: Welcome to the 2 BHK Bachelor Pad in the legendary Aces Layout! This isn't just a flat; it's a home I've loved for a year. The building is independent, the vibe is immaculate, and you can trust me—the layout here is simply the best.

The Lease & The Future: It’s time to renew the lease soon! The current rent is 36k. Expect a standard 5% increase on the current rent. We split this evenly! Let's lock this down together.

Money Matters (The Split):
Total Monthly Rent (Post 5% increase): Split evenly. Your share will be around 18k (plus the 5% increase), including maintenance.
Deposit: 50k to the owner (Your one-time, refundable contribution).

The Room Showdown (Winner: You): You get the ultimate privacy perk: your own attached bathroom! While my room has the balcony.

The Zero-Hassle Life (What's Already Done):
Move-In Ready: The flat is Fully Furnished. Ditch the heavy lifting! Just bring your suitcase, your stuff, and your good energy.

Dedicated Staff (Total Costs): The ultimate time-saver! We already have an amazing Cook and House Help in place. The total cost for both is only 7k combined, split between us. Less time cooking/cleaning, more time having fun.

In Short: Prime spot in Aces Layout, zero furnishing stress, and a reliable, low-cost staff setup already in place. Let's renew this amazing lease and keep the good times rolling!
