TK ams to ist to cgk baggage

Last moment confusion: I have economy ams to Jakarta.. 30 kgs on the e- ticket.. no other specifications .. Then suddenly I get the travel shop to inform it is 30 kgs for ONE piece only.. but ams airport does NOT allow heavier than 23 kgs for their luggage staff ?!! Checking on TK website , and it says Evonomy is 23 kgs max .. ????? I like to bring two luggage 20 + 10 kgs. Is this yes or no okay ?
