Did israel (read: not jews) stole food (read: culture) from Palestinians?

Idk much about the matters, i recently got recommended a video on YouTube who claims thusly.

While i don't want to claim to not have any bias, the channel seemed to me like some sort of propaganda effort done by an individual.

Now, obviously, all historians have bias and so on and so on but some opinions are, for a lack of a better word, more factually correct.

Idk who to belive, so i wanted to educate me with someone not swelled with polemics. Although the question in it on itself is polemic.

With all due said, did israel stole dishes from Palestinian cuisine? If not, how is the claim often frammed?
