VA claim organization

Has anybody here ever used VA Claim Advocates out of Newport News? Been fighting with the VA for years and finally looking into getting some help. What drew me in was no payments unless you have a rating increase. Then it’s 4x the monthly increase which won’t be so bad as long as I get back pay. Looking for some insight. TIA
