Would Peacock allow me to play Bruce Lee escalation?

I don’t have a PC strong enough to play Hitman WoA, so I rarely read the news or check roadmaps (but I plan to return to it after buying a stronger PC). That’s why I’ve heard the news about Bruce Lee DLC just yesterday. As far as I understand, this DLC is unavailable now and it’d impossible to buy it in the future. I know there is Peacock Launcher that gives you more content (like experimental weapons and old Elusive targets), but I’ve never tried it myself. So, title: would it give me the content of this DLC? I have WoA bought on Steam, if it matters.
