London in January Recs?

Hey! Heading to London with the wife (first trip without our baby) in Jan for 5 nights and have a few options.

We’ve been to London a few times and already done all of the touristy things, mostly looking for convenience to the tube and bars / restaurants. Previously stayed at Bankside and The Dixon and these are our options for January;

• Dixon
• St Ermin
• JW Grosvenor
• Sheraton Grand Park Lane
• St Pancras

Any insights / recommendations would be great.

I have Platinum, if that makes any difference.
