which italian university to pick for medicine (english)

hey, I'm a student living in India (97% in 12th-PCB), i wish to study mbbs in Italy and am gathering information about italian public universities offering MBBS in english with a scholarship. I'd be grateful if existing medicine students could help me figure the amount and facilities offered by different regional scholarships and the average living cost depending on the region. thank you!
