Can anyone help me to identify the song?

I can't really remember , I heard it ~1 year ago, it was very beautiful and lyrical. The lyrics was something like: "I have dreams, I have grown, Now I am On my own". It was on YouTube, but I can't find it anywhere, so I need your help. It'll be really nice.
