Representative messed my application up

Hello guys, my representative wrote my last name and first name in the opposite places for my Express entry application. I already received an ITA and I just noticed when we went over all my info. What should I do? Decline the ITA or just webform and an LOE and hope for the best? Im beyond furious with this guy, thinking of swapping representatives tbh. Thanks again
