Am I gonna lose my offer?

So I got admitted for accounting n commerce uott, however I also applied to comp sci in English which is still under evaluation. I decided to change my comp sci from eng to French and now my ouca is closed after the change. I’m just a bit lost on whats gonna happen to my offer for accounting, will I lose it?
