Is the Decade 2000s the worst in NBA History? How come every Decade produced so many legends and memorable players but 2000s gave nobody but Lebron?

I've been watching the recent Kenyon vs Draymond saga on The Arena, I had no idea who Kenyon was until Draymond talked about him and Kenyon gave his list of 200 players better than Draymond in NBA. So turns out Kenyon is the only NBA player in History to go to NBA finals in his 2nd year. Looked up his stats and they were amazing. They aren't the same stats as that of Anthony Davis or Giannis in terms of great numbers but those stats looked good for that era where games weren't really that high scoring.

Now people on that podcast were giving their own opinion most of them being from the same 2000s era, they were all talking about how dominant that era was but at the same time were accepting modern day players are more skilled.

Is 2000s the worst decade with least number of memorable players drafted in NBA? One we think would make it to all time top-75 or all time top-100 list considering people like Kevin Durant would be more of a 2010s era player?
