Final thoughts

I have finished the show and here are my final thoughts

• Lane deserved better. I wished she had a chance to go out and explore herself the way Rory did. The writers did her dirty • I don’t acknowledge season 7 or anything that comes after it. It was SO hard to watch. Felt like a fever dream. • Luke’s baby mother is probably the most vile fictional character I’ve ever seen in my life. How does one rob their child of a father and rob a father of being in their child’s life and then act like the father is a bad person for wanting to make up for that time????? God I HATED her. Luke HATES deadbeats and would have been a great dad. Ugh I could rant about this for hours • That being said, the way they went about the April storyline was so sloppy. Them randomly deciding to make Luke a dad in the middle of the show just didn’t do it for me. • LOVED LOVED LOVED the Gilmores confronting the Huntzbergers over the way they treated Rory 😂 Emily DESTROYED sherra. 10/10 writing • Season 6 wasn’t TERRIBLE. It was realistic in my opinion. Sometimes we clash with the people we love and thats just the way it is. • Team Logan! I love Logan. I didn’t wanna love Logan but I do 😂 he was perfect for her. She should have married him • A part of me wishes Chris and Lorelai could have been end game just so they could have stopped terrorizing everyone else. Jeeeeezuz • Nobody on this show is perfect but in my opinion Luke is the best character • Lorelei Gilmore is an icon all around and a phenomenal mother. Was she childish? Sure. Could she be too lenient at times? I guess. But she knew what was best for her child • Rory was spoiled by EVERYBODY and it came back to bite her in the behind, BADLY later in life 😬 • I feel like I was robbed of a proper Luke and Lorelai reunion and proposal. I hate the way their entire relationship was handled. AND THE FACT THAT THEY’RE STILL NOT MARRIED IN AYITL DROVE ME INSANE LMAO • I’m not even gonna talk about AYITL. What was that? All I’m going to say about that is.. what the HELL did they do to Rory??? Everything that she’d worked for in the original series gone to waste
