How to tell you’re working with a good AD?

Hi all. I need your help, I’m looking to buy my first Rolex. I walked into a Rolex shop today and maybe this was in my head but I felt like the person I was working with came off as dismissive and condescending.

So I want to know what I should expect from a good AD experience. And also stories of bad experiences too so I know what to look out for.

Finding the right seller is just as important as finding the right watch I’m realizing.
