How dangerous is an asbestos roof that is basically at 1-2 meters from my window? I have been living in that room for the last 30 years

I just realize that the roof that is just outside my window is confirmed to be an asbesto roof, I have been living in that room for the last 20 years of my life, I am 29. Should I be worried? Will I die from cancer?(I am not sleeping in that room anymore by the way)
