Help……where do we start

So I’ll try to keep this short.

My partner and I bought a home this time last year…it has a fully finished basement.

Outside in the backyard (tiered backyard) on the concrete pad are what appear to be patches where maybe windows were sealed up from the basement.

The hose was left on but the nozzle shut off, however it likely twisted itself and slowly turned the water on over night. It leaked all over the concrete patio. We thought no big deal. Shut it off. Oops won’t forget that again.

My husband went into the mud room and there was standing water. It appears the hose water dripped down into those “sealed” patches of concrete and flooded our downstairs kitchen and it flowed into the mudroom towards the garage.

Me being a worrier, I worry about how long those “sealed” off patches of concrete have been there and how often and how much water has been leaking into the walls.

Before I go sludge hammering the kitchen downstairs to check for mold…. any recommendations other than fans, dehumidifiers and hoping for the best?

Always something right guys….?
