Cabinet fronts/doors?

How did you decide what fronts (like shaker, arched, etc) you wanted? And how did you decide on partial overlay, inset, full overlay, etc? (I'm not choosing inset)

For me, I need something easy to clean (so a lot of little edges will be a pain), and I thought I loved the shaker, but I don't love it the more I look at it. Is there something in between a shaker and an arch? I don't love what we have now, which is "square raised".

I don't want super modern/minimalist, super lux, or super traditional. I guess I'm picky 😬
