Looking for bars to have a beer and meet people

Hi! (27F) here, I am trying to go out more, and be more social. I work a lot and don’t really have time to go out weekends due to my family business. However, I am free Mondays… and I was wondering… what’s a good place to go have a nice beer, chill, and meet people? After 4pm?
