Dr appointments

At what point does a 93yo man, who is in relatively good health physically, stop going to a specialist for an annual well visit? I’ve been sitting in an extremely busy urologist office waiting an hour. My dad has been in the exam room for 1 hour, 10 minutes just waiting. He’s having no issues other than what any 93 yo man would have.
