Hidden Gem Exclusives, for a new PS5 owner

So, I finally bought a PlayStation, after going back and forth for years. I only bought it to play the exclusives, as some others have done.

Obviously, the legendary PS exclusives like Uncharted, Last of Us, God of War, etc. are on my "to play" list

However, I'm curious about "lesser known" exclusives, that are still worth the time, or exclusives that are "known" but aren't usually in the conversation of "best PS exclusives)

Also, any tips or little a "fyi" about PlayStation, is also appreciated.
