Is there a way to see a country's complete resource potential?

Similar to the map mode that displays a single particular good's potential; I want to make an assessment of a country to see what resources are available there given they are fully developed.

It is tedious to check state by state.

Ideally I would like to see a "Potential" tab in a country screen and see what natural resources or agricultural options are potentially available.
