Citizen advice and EERC can't help due to capacity and complexity. England

Hi, I need advice on action I should take.

As title says. Citizen advice can't help due to complexity of the case and redirecting to EERC and they refusing to help due to capacity.

What would be next step? Hiring lawyer, will that any help?
