First seizure after 2 and a half years

It happened on the night of November 29th.

I don't know what could have caused it. The only thing I can think of was the doctor saying it was safe to stop taking the 300mg of depakine at night. I made one week without it. I was still on keppra 500mg in the morning and another 500mg at night, so I wasn't medication free. But I was seizure free for 2 years and a half before that.

I spent 7 hours playing video games - which I've always been allowed to do with no problems. Then, I started feeling dizzy, tired... I turned off the pc, told my friends I was leaving and ran towards my mother. She stood by me and then my father joined us and it happened. After I recovered, I went to sleep for 12h.

I'm supposed to go to work tomorrow, but I'm terrified of having another seizure, and I'm constantly worried about sudep. I can't think, I can't remember things clearly, I can't focus to solve problems. I'm truly sad, angry and disappointed.
