Electric Jolt From Entity?

Its been quite the paranormal week for me. My frequency has been off and there's been arguing and tension in my household recently. I slept on the couch last night after getting into it with my lady. I was thoroughly irritated my mind was filled with thoughts of leaving. Like something wanted me to feel this way. After finally dozing off, I was awakened by an electric jolt in my left big toe. It caused my whole leg to kind of buzz. This has never happened. I was previously hearing little sounds during the night that weren't making sense. That jolt feeling was wild, as it pulled me out of a deep sleep and kept me awake for hours. Anyone experience anything like this?
