Low fps on CS2

GPU: rx 570

CPU: ryzen 5 5600

Valorant runs at 400fps but on CS2 I'm only getting 150-180fps and some stuttering

I have video settings on medium because the game looks shit on low (I'm using 1440x1080)

Is this normal fps count or is something wrong?
