Question Drug Policy for Steamfitters Union 420

Hi I had a quick question for the SteamFitters at Union 420 and it policy on Medical Card. I’m not someone who had just went to the doctor and got my medical card but instead my doctor insisted on trying when the severity of my mental problems wasn’t working. Today I can’t see my mind stabilizing without it or if so it would be a long road and I’d rather not, knowing this is one of the only things that soothes me. Being PA welder I only find myself having the most success through Union 420 on the piping aspect of welding. So if I were to apply would it be nothing but clean or would they understand?
