Slynd - did your hormonal acne ever improve?

I started on Slynd about a week ago, had my lap about a month ago (stage 2). I’ve had horrific severe hormonal acne (big painful cysts) since I hit puberty, but I got it somewhat under control a few years ago with Spironolactone and differin. However, just in the week since I’ve started the slynd, the horrible cysts have come back.

My question is, should I stick it out for three months or so to see if my body adjusts? Did anyone’s acne get better after it got worse?

I can’t take norethrindrone because it gave me anxiety attacks, and I can’t take anything with estrogen due to migraines. So if I stop the Slynd, I think I’m out of options for hormonal endo treatment. But cystic acne decreases my quality of life so damn much.
