Can we please get a fix on Artificer acquisition?

I'm sure this is a pretty unknown bug since most people already have her unlocked, but currently, there is NO way to gain Artificer. Even if you have 10 lunar tokens, you are unable to interact with her crystal tomb at all in the Bazaar. As a new player, it's incredibly disappointing that I'm completely locked out from purchasing a very fun and interesting looking character.

Other than that, the game is AMAZING. I've been so addicted and have bought all the DLCs already. Hopefully this can get addressed, as a search on this subreddit shows I'm not the only one with this issue.
