Do girls care how a penis "looks" ?

I'm [16M] very insecure about how my Penis looks, I have Fordyce spots on the tip of my foreskin, if you don't know what these are they're just enlarged oil glands in the skin that appears as slightly raised white/ yellowish dots, it's not contagious and good says it present in roughly 80% of adults but I'm still very nervous that if I spent time building a relationship with a girl the moment it became sexual she would be disgusted. Am I overthinking this or is it something that would bother you? If you your brave you can look up what it looks like but that's up to you😂
