cold irritating my eyes

hi guys!

I've been getting lashes for a year now, starting when it was warmer, but as it has gotten colder (i live in Alberta, Canada, for reference, ifykyk), every time I get a new set, my one eye gets red and swollen with dry skin. i do have psoriasis, so I'm guessing that could be playing into it. It's just the singular eye; this started soon as we hit below 0. I'm really unsure of what this could be other than psoriasis or a cold-induced dermatitis.

Are there any lash techs with tips for this kind of thing or if it could be an allergy? I really don't think it is, as it gets better each day after a fill until it's normal.
