Can we stop with the “bad endings” joke about stephen king

Of all the Stephen King books I’ve read only a handful have had bad endings. This seems like a normal amount of bad endings for any author, especially one with like 70 books written.

Most of his bad endings come from his mediocre books anyways

Plus, his good endings are GREAT.

When i bring up King to a non-king reader they either mention the scene from IT or that “don’t his endings suck?”
