First Time User Question

Hey all- I want to make a dedicated AR15 build for a Super Safety I just picked up (Deez Nutz Kitchen Sink BF sale). That said, I want to make sure I put together a robust build that will be able to stand up to the impact it will be under. I’ll be the first to admit my ignorance, so I figured I’d come to you guys with my questions. This build is not going to be something I will stake my life on, but I would like it to reliably go bang when I pull the trigger, as well as not be a risk for critical failures. My main question is what parts do you guys recommend? (Upper, lower, barrel, etc- I want all your suggestions!)

I’m also curious if there are any quirks or factors I should consider with this as well, such as if I should run specific ammunition, or if there are any other things that I should know before moving forward.
