Wrong item dumating hinhingan ako ng unboxing video

hello ask lang i bought yung de bomba na spray kaso ang dumating is a fuckin mousetrap cage ..now i asked for a refund dahil wrong item then pinicturan ko waybill at video nung itsura ng package at item then attached sa return/ refund request

pero bago ako mag return/refund nag chat muna ako kay seller upon pagkabukas na pagkabukas pagkadeliver ng parcel then itong seller hinahanapan ako ng unboxing video...may laban ba ako dun if wala ko video?

also wala din picture yung rider nung dineliver yung parcel hindi ba't mandatory na dapat upon delivery eh may picture ng parcel if delivered?

any advice? thoughts?
