Please help us buy food, from Venezuela

Hi, I am from Venezuela, you can see a pic of my ID (edited out my identity details) and timestamp.

Currently my country is facing the very real possibility of an attack/invasion by US armed forces any moment now, currently there is a large fleet of warships stationed just outside venezuelan territorial waters. I don't wish to get into the politics of why and how this came to be, just dealing with this fact.

I live in a city that houses a major navy base and the two largest oil refineries in Venezuela, so if something happens it's almost certain that we will see some action. People in the neighborhood have been planning to store a stash of non-perishable food products in case of such an emergency, to which I have already collaborated with a few bags of rice. We want to collect as much food as possible so I thought of asking here and see if somebody could lend a hand. I thought of asking for $30, with that amount we could purchase three dozens of canned sardines.

I wish I could provide an Amazon wishlist but no such a thing available to my country. The only option I have to receive the donation would be a neighbor's PayPal account, if somebody can suggest other options please do so. Here's hoping somebody can help.
