Hot Tub Debacle

As the title suggests I am torn on what kind of hot tub to buy. I have a few questions for experienced owners:

I am stuck on whether to buy a hard shell or an inflatable. I live in a house which I plan to sell in 2-3 years, so buying an inflatable is attractive in the sense that I assume it is easier to relocate. I also am having a patio poured in the spring, so if I purchased a hard shell I would have to move it around in a few months. I live in Michigan where winters are super cold, and have concerns about how well the inflatable hot tubs heat up/hold heat.

All considered, any advice? Pros and cons of each? I’ve never owned a hot tub so I am just looking for input to aid me in my decision. Thanks in advance:)
