Halifax job offer (CAD 100K) vs ₹40 LPA in India – Need advice for career & family decision

I’m currently working in a software consultancy in india with 12 years of experience. I earn ₹1.7 lakhs per month. My wife works in a PSU bank with 8 years of experience and earns around ₹90k per month. We’re aged 35 (me) and 31 (wife), and we have two kids – one is 1.5 years old and the other is 5.

I’m expecting to get my Canada closed work permit in about 6 months for Halifax location with a salary of CAD 100K per year. At the same time, I’ve received another offer from an another company in India with a package of ₹40 LPA.

Now I’m at a crossroads and need help deciding.

Would love to hear from folks who’ve made similar decisions or are in a similar boat. What would you choose in my situation? Any insights on Halifax life, cost of living, schooling, or long-term career growth in Canada would be super helpful.

I'm planning to learn french and apply for express entry once i cross one year of experience in Halifax.
