Best plan to pull for downpayment

Hi everyone,

I have funds in my TFSA, FHSA, RRSP, and non registered savings account, and some cash.

Will be making a downpayment on a home next year, where should I be pulling from in terms of order? I was thinking pulling FHSA of course, then 60k from RRSP as part of the hbp, and then the remaining from TFSA
