The new item changes by Riot are so fucking goated

After thinking about all the new item changes and how they can interact with each other, holy shit there will be so many different builds. Sheen is back on Essence Reave, tear stacking is allowed and all the new items seem viable on multiple champ, the new builds will go wild next season. Respect to Riot for listening to the community.
