My account got blocked ?

I logged into my account after 12th Nov ( the last date when I created a moodboard for a client) , and logged in today 1st December, and when I hit create after writing a basic prompt, it said my account is blocked ? but there's no explanation or any email, I checked the Tos/guidelines , but I haven't violated any, and my account is blocked,
is there any solution? I am about to write an appeal?
