Doctors said me that everybody have Ureaplasma and that my symptoms (I have very similar symptoms of a lot of you reading this sub) aren't related and that I dont need to take antibiotics

I went to 3 doctors and all of the said me that.

Finally one of them prescribed me antibiotics and said me "your symptoms won't gone, you won't recover you have other thing and I don't know what do you have".
