Goodbye Starfield, I'm leaving you today.
And so it comes to an end. After over 4,000 hours I am afraid I must bid a farewell to all.
My send-off was incredible. It was there on my 263rd Deserted Relay Station (in just one day) where we held the ceremony. Hell, even the Ecliptic showed up to wish me well. Wasn't a dry eye in the house. Even some strange critters showed up to see me off, from all different parts of the galaxy (which amazingly all looked alike).
So much jubilation, so many tears. Alas, it had to end like it began, so my husband Barret and I climbed into the cockpit and initiated the grav drive. One last jump.
It is a far, far better thing that I do, than I have ever done; it is a far, far better game that I go to than I have ever played.
