Tips for later days

First time playing the game and Ive gotten to day 46 now, no clue how Im supposed to beat the fixers that spawn at every ordeal (especially the black one which keeps freeing my alephs), I do have EGO gear from Blue star, mountain of smiling bodies, nothings there, and melting love so I do feel as though its possible but Im not sure how.

The sephiraph also arent talking to me anymore which really throws me off when an entire department randomly dies cause of a random mistake I would have normally been warned to.

I would like any advice that is as spoiler free as possible, hence why I didnt go to youtube for help. Anything is appreciated :)
