does anyone know how long does it take for a refund to arrive from Bravofly?

bought a ticket to a flight in Turkey, but after sometime I got email saying that something went wrong and the money will be refunded.

It's been more than 2 weeks and still waiting for the refund. Customer support is just an useless chatbot. Do you guys know when it will be refunded?
